Christian Bourque, M.Sc., CMRP
Executive Vice President and Partner
Why are Quebeckers so happy, but have the highest suicide rate? Why are they so uncomfortable with immigrants, but so welcoming to tourists? Why are they so proud of their identity, but often play the victim? Why do they like spending so much, but are among Canadians with the least debt? Why does the mood of Quebeckers change so quickly when it comes to their personal, consumer or political choices?
Jean-Marc Léger, President of the Leger firm and author of Cracking the Québec Code, and Christian Bourque, Vice-President at Léger, will paint a surprising, sometimes embarrassing, but certainly not complacent, of Québec reality.
